I was been selected as a Retail Banking officer of UBL out of 24, 000 Applicants examined from all Pakistan wherein only 200 Applicants were been selected. After six month Training my key Duties were:
• Customer Services
• Selling Liability Products
• Selling Consumer Products
• Cross Selling
• Focus on retention customer


Promoted to as a Manager Operations based on Performance, and such fastest elevation haven’t happen ever in UBL District Gujrat Before. My Major Job Responsibilities were:
• Check on Financial Transaction of Receipts & Payments
• Monitor the Collection & Supply of cash from Branch to Branch
• Inward & Outward remittance
• Customer dealing & solve the daily customer quarries
• Maintain the daily books record as per defined by the State Bank of Pakistan
• Assist to District manager operation managing the smooth operations of branch in compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures with a view to minimize the operational risk and maximize profitability by ensuring the provision of quality service support in terms of product processing & service deliveries
• Timely Head Office Reporting
