Develop Home, Office, Hotel Automation Concept designs that are appropriate, functional and eco friendly.
Prepare Concept drawings and specifications with conduiting details for the concept design.
Estimate Bill of materials, labor and time, and give estimations to clients for approval.
Coordinate with technical teams and prepare detailed instructions for finalizing installation procedure for whole system.
Team work- plan, design / redesign with incorporating Lighting, music, curtain system with respect to mep drawings, preparing mep (HVAC, Electrical) layouts.
Preparing and presentations for client approval sketch works and plans showing concept, how it works, energy consumption etc..
Preparing Kitchen designs especially Stainless, glass, and other wooden materials.
Preparing realistic 3D renderings for Kitchen, Office Interiors, Apartment interiors, Exhibition counters etc...
Preparing commercial building layouts with the help of BIM software.
-- Develop designs that are appropriate, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
-- Prepare drawings and specifications for interior construction, materials, finishings, space planning, lighting, furnishing and equipment.
-- Estimate costs of materials, labour and time, and give estimations to clients for approval.
-- Coordinate with suppliers and prepare detailed instructions for finalizing deals.
-- Team work- plan, design / redesign attractive and useful interiors for homes, office buildings, and other commercial structures.
-- Preparing presentations for client approval sketch works and plans showing furniture arrangement, color charts, and samples of upholstery, draperies, and wall coverings.
-- Teaching AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D and 3Ds Max.
-- LAB Assisting.
-- Assisting for Civil Manual Drafting.
