• Provide support to assess risks and review tasks of key operational activities in order to identify and prevent probable HSE hazards leading to significant losses.
• Developing Site HSE documents such as HSE plan, Emergency preparedness plan,
• Assist in the implementation of the Plant’s HSE management system, including emergency preparedness and management, to ensure conformity to ADAC standards and compliance with HSE legal requirements and contractual obligations.
• Conduct site HSE tours on a day to day basis, monitoring the site HSE performance and compliance to ensure adherence to the HSE policies and procedures.
• Develop daily / monthly HSE reports, highlighting any incidents, concerns and issues at the Site to ensure timely escalation and resolution of problems at the site.
• Support the implementation of the work permit system, ensuring proper measures are taken prior to commencement of work such as equipment or plant isolation LOTO, shutdowns, commissioning etc., to ensure all work areas are safe for required work.
• Develop and maintain computer based safety and equipment records, ensuring all safety statistics are documented and maintained at the site office.
• Assist to the delivery of HSE training to ensure that all employees and sub-contractor staff are aware of the HSE standards
• The implementation of HSE campaigns on the site to ensure proper Culture is disseminated to all employees and contract staff.
• Maintain positive working relationships with regulators and emergency services, contractors and local authorities to ensure mutual support and adherence to HSE compliance requirements.
• Assist in the development of emergency drill scenarios and conduct site emergency mock drills, in order to check readiness for emergencies.
• Report and respond on an immediate basis to HSE incidents using the established emergency communication channels and protocols, to minimize damages as much as possible.
Participate in the investigations for reportable HSE incidents, to contribute to the identification of root causes and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor inventory and stock of PPE, raise and follow up the necessary purchase requests, to ensure the timely availability of the required goods.
• ASSISTING COMPANY IN IMPLEMENTING HEALTH AND SAFETY, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS PROCEDURE.AUDITING OF OTHER SITES FOR NONCONFORMANCES AND COMPLIANCE

• Monitoring and implementation of Client HSE procedures.
• Assist supervisor to plan and coordinate the work to effectively implement the requirement of the procedure
• Review the job safety analysis (JSA) and submit for approval to contractor site HSE Manager
• Ensure that the risk assessment is periodically reviewed in order to keep them updated to best available technologies or be consistent with further change of the project condition
• Review risk assessment and method of statement and submit for approval.
• Providing oversight to the risks assessment process and monitor compliance.
• Ensure that the relevant personnel have been trained as per job specification in the use of appropriate risk assessment techniques as a practical means of improving safety, operability and project management.
• Ensure that all tools and equipments are inspected as per the procedure
• Ensure environmental waste is managed as per procedure
• Investigating and reporting of incidents to site HSE Manager.
• Providing weekly and monthly HSE report to site HSE Manager
• Take part in weekly project HSE coordination meetings and walkthrough were site safety observations are closed.
• Ensure and plan for work during adverse weather conditions such as HEAT STRESS during the summer.
• Ensure toolbox talk is carried out on a weekly basis as per hazard and job activities on site.

• By conducting safety induction and encourage employees to work safely
• By taking corrective and preventive measures, in order to minimize expected risk /hazards
• Conducting HSE Audits

• Inspection of DBs, electrical appliances, hand tools & power tools.
• Inspection of Fire extinguishers and first aid kit.
• Site inspection.
• Ensure PPEs are worn and supplied adequately.
• Ensure that planned preventive maintenance is conducted as planned HSE instructions
• Ensure that proper SOPs and Work instructions are provided
• Implementation and monitoring of risk assessment practices
• Implementation of Permit to work system
• Continues follow ups and suggest improvements
• Working as per OHSAS standard
• Maintain and complete HSEQ audit documents & file with in required timeframe
• Implementing the U.A.E federal HSE regulation and legislation (approved code of practice and technical guidelines)
• Delivering of HSE trainings to senior management and all employees and carrying out assessment
