Key Responsibilities:
Establishing the organization structure for the project with HR Department.
Coordinating with planning department to create manpower histogram, activities schedule and program of work.
Preparation of a project management plan which shall be used as a road map to execute the project.
To manage the day-to-day operational activities of the project scope.

Management of direct staff and a workforce up to 450 persons.

Carillion Direct Sourcing or Yu-Lan is is a WOFE and a subsidiary of Carillion PLC in China, I was part of the team responsible for the running the MEP sourcing operation, working with a large multi-cultural team, vendor management, commercial and logistics management for import & export of goods to the Middle East and North Africa.

Effectively delivered MEP products for Al Muneera Al Raha Beach Abu Dhabi, supplied large numbers of jet fans to Cairo Festival City, temp works for NYU Abu Dhabi as well as DX units for accommodation camps in Oman & Gensets for speedy hire.
