• Oversee the safety and security of 5000 personnel during the construction phase of two highly significant
power plants in southern Iraq.
• Following construction, operating the security apparatus of the power plants.
• Manage crucial documents such as the SOP and its excision tailored to specific locations and configuration
and renewal of site-specific evacuation and security plans
• Preside the recruitment of about 200 local security guards as well as the management and mentoring of the
armed security teams
• Render service as the QAQC on site representative

• Exercised communication and collaboration through coordinating with clients at the executive level.
• Handled multiple responsibilities like the oversight of multiple countrywide projects and distribution of
training.
• Conducted preparations and assessments of all RFI and RFQ as well as the SOPs including medical and
evacuation plan
• Involved in the logistics set up of various secure compounds including sourcing materials from local suppliers
• Communicated with various prominent officials such as the national ministers, provincial governors, and
tribal elders throughout Afghanistan
• Facilitated the wellbeing of 220 employees and 60 internationals

• Contracted to US DoD from Edinburgh International / Constellis Group
• Orchestrated a close protection for high-profile Department of Defense personnel.
• Executed tasks in coordination with the local police and international military
• Devised in depth intelligence reports for clients and affiliates.
• Headed teams and operations such as the training of the local national PSD personnel and the handling of
the highly skilled team of expat security operators.
• Operated in remote and often hostile locations
• Programmed various plans and projects particularly the evacuation plans from all sites, the project budget
on a regional/provincial level, the route selection and reconnaissance.

• Contracted to the United Nations from Hart International.
• Administered integral duties such as the screening and training of the TCN Static guard force, producing
specific and current security assessment on all sites, and participating in the mobilization of startup
operations and setting up secure locations
• Oversaw the welfare of roughly 300 Static guards nationwide and made sure every UN Project Static guard
works in compliance with MOI Policy.
• Liaised for multiple institutions notably for the UN personnel, US Military, Coalition Forces and
International Security Assistance Force.
• Corroborated full UN policy compliance on all security issues on site.
