❖ Prepare and maintain project QA/QC plans to meet the project quality requirements.
❖ Prepare the Quality logs sheet for WIR, ITP, NCR, Method of Statement and all formal
documents to control the operations of the project.
❖ Managed site execution quality, ensuring compliance with drawings, and technical specifications.
❖ Review, verification, and approval of Material Data Sheets (MDS) and material samples in
accordance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
❖ Supervised and controlled earthwork activities including excavation, backfilling, grading, and
compaction in accordance with project specifications and approved method statements, ensuring compliance with quality standards and required compaction levels (FDT/Proctor tests).
❖ Aligned project operations with ISO 9001 standards and client expectations.
❖ Monitor and witness site inspections and testing activities, including concrete works, trial mixes,
asphalt paving, and third-party laboratory testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
❖ Coordinate and submit WIRs (Work Inspection Requests) and MIRs (Material Inspection
Requests) in accordance with approved ITPs and project procedures.
❖ Review and approve concrete and asphalt mix designs in compliance with project specifications
and applicable standards
❖ Approved Shop drawing check and approved as per IFC.
❖ Submit a weekly list of common data/attachment errors to PMIS (Project Management
Information System) for root-cause fixes.
❖ Inspect precast elements for alignment, welded steel connection plates (including LPT), and
ensure proper grouting in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

❖ Review, evaluate, and approve material submittals, mix designs, method statements, and
technical data sheets.
❖ Supervise laboratory and field testing of construction materials including soil, aggregates,
asphalt, concrete, steel, and tunnel lining materials.
❖ Review, evaluate, and approve material submittals, technical datasheets, and samples in
accordance with project specifications and relevant standards (ASTM, BS, AASHTO, EN, etc.).
❖ quality management plans.
❖ Prepare ITPs & inspection checklists for civil, structural & architectural activities for infrastructure
projects.
❖ Submissions of WIR & MIR for civil, structural & architectural activities & materials according to
the approved ITP.
❖ Reporting a Quality Issue internal NCR to the sub contractors team, these issue incase work that
fails to meet quality standards.
❖ Witnessing different quality tests at site, such as concrete pouring, trial mixes for concrete and
asphalt pavement of subcontractors test and third party laboratory test.
❖ Daily site surveillance to assure that all activities are in compliance with project quality plan &
project specifications.
❖ Reviewing and study the submitted materials by the contractor according to the specification of
the project, and classified has status of the compliance of the specification such as cat eyes, painting materials which use in the roads.
❖ Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control.
❖ Tracking and reviewing the site testing and certificates of compliance.
❖ The ability to communicate clearly, conducts presentations to management, and interface
effectively with a diverse group of professionals.

• Perform QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
• Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures
• Carry out audits for ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and recommend the necessary corrective actions and measures.
• Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s specific quality plans and produce recommendations.

Reviewing and study the submitted materials by the contractor according to the specification of the project, and making recommendation for approval.
Study the Asphalt, Concrete designs, and make the trials mixes to approve the designs, and make the quality test of the materials.
