marketing the product and has since been sold to all but one of the UK metropolitan police

Head of Mobile Development/Research & Development
Responsible for investigating and assessing new technologies (including non-mobile) and areas of
interest for the business, including development of proposals, proof of concepts and business
cases. Working with external suppliers and solution provides to provide integrated solutions that
increase business footprint in the region and establish presence in new markets. Management of
external development teams both in region and Eastern Europe to make these projects a reality.
Reporting to CTO this role includes creating and expanding in-house mobile software development
capabilities to provide support for external customers, internal software development services and
resources for new projects.
