• Handle the complete accounts payable process, including invoice verification,
recording, and payment approvals.
• Ensure that invoices and expenditure reports are processed on time and accurately, in
accordance with corporate regulations.
• Keep track of accounts payable aging reports in order to avoid late payments and
penalties.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and large scale of suppliers
statement.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls. Company policies, and appropriate
accounting regulations.
• Monthly processing and recording of Payroll.
• Processing of monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy of the
accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments including procurement to ensure smooth
operations.
• Communication and follow-up both externally and internally.
• Building a good communication with suppliers and vendors to avoid payment
discrepancies.
• Processing of reports needed by the management.
• Keeping track and reporting of Monthly Cash flows.
• Assisting the Finance Manager on documentations and reports.
