 Report to the Project Head on day to day functioning of the project
 Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
 Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
 Obtain all necessary permits, licenses & Authorities coordination
 Meet contractual conditions of performance
 Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety
regulations
 Verify and approve Daily labor allocation with respect to target programs to achieve
required productivity
 Coordinate and direct teams (MEP, NSC), construction workers and suppliers
 Select tools, materials and equipment’s, track inventory & monitor MPTS
 Review the work progress on daily basis for Look Head Execution Program
 Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
 Ensure quality construction standards (QHSE Plan, Audits & ISO Standards) and the use of proper
construction techniques
 Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction sites
 Handing over of projects with all respects to the satisfaction of the End User/ Client
