Responsible for providing timely pick-up and drop-off services to Executive and Senior Management.
Maintenance and upkeep of vehicles.
Completion of a variety of tasks involving post office/customs collection, document processing at EGHQ and other such administrative tasks.
Perform pick-up and delivery of courier packages.
Dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Communicate with main office to ensure smooth operations and flow of information so as to maintain the customer satisfaction rate.
Indulge in small conversation with customers to determine their shipping or service needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
Take telephone calls and provide information regarding company’s services and products to prospective customers.
Listen to complaints lodged by customers and attempt to resolve them in a bid to ensure recurring business.
