Work Description :
1. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance program for the company equipments, machinery, vehicles and stationary engines to maximize performance for the operation.
2. Supervise technicians towards their works and efficiency on maintenance aspect.
3. Monitor the cost maintenance of each unit for budget monitoring and expense as per approved budget per month and within a year.
4. Maximize the workforce of the department and achieve good quality of service provided and get good profit for the company.
5. Inspect and monitor the progress of repair and conditions of units within my scope of responsibility.
6. Monitor the parts availability, quality of parts and price of parts stored at spare parts warehouse.

Responsible for the monitoring of costing for each vehicle for the purpose of evaluation for the efficiency for each vehicles.
Monitor the quality of work done by technicians and attitude towards their co workers for promotion.

Responsible for the disposal of vehicles that are costly for repair.
Approve the parts that are subject for replacement.
Responsible for the job out works needed for the repair with sub contractors.
Evaluate and approve the quality of parts delivered by suppliers.
Responsible for the ordering of spare parts needed by the service department.
Responsible for the coordination of parts ordered at the plant for follow up purposes.
Responsible for the inventory of parts on stock bins.
Responsible for the encoding of parts installed for each car being repaired for billing purposes.
Update the status of pending parts required and ordered and rewuired by the service department.
