♦ Direct Report - Revalidating relief devices (PSV/PSE) to API 520 Standards for the entire facility in preparation for VPP Audit. Included: GAP analysis, calculating sizing design bases, calculating 3% rules, calculating critical flows and calculating PSV type limitations. Compiling pressure relief device data and updating folders with completed relief device spec sheets, scenario checklist, calculation spreadsheets, 3% rule calculation spreadsheets, critical flow calculation spreadsheets and calculation spreadsheet on PSV type limitations. Compiling PSE specifications and updated the folders. 600 PSV and 150 PSE.
♦ Responsible for the PSM program including: eMOC documentation, PCAs, Incident Investigations, Compliance Audits, PSSR, action items, recommendation and corrective actions and MSDS’.
♦ Expertise and ownership in PSM policies and procedures
♦ General safety, environmental and health projects.
♦ PHA training and facilitation
♦ Monitoring closure documentation, recommendations, management
of Change and PSSR action items through to resolution and completion of documentation.
