Conduct Basic Life Support Training to medical professionals
e.g.: Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapist, Dentist, Pharmacists
❖ Conduct First Aid CPR AED Training to non-medical and medical professionals.
❖ Conduct Continuing Medical Education Courses (CME) e.g.: Infection control, Diabetes Mellitus,
Medication Calculation, and Intravenous and Intraosseous Training.
❖ Responsible for securing American Heart Association documents from leaking and illegal
distribution.
❖ Responsible for making sure students are equipped with knowledge and skills to perform basic
life support before they are given with a licensed to provide BLS and certificate.
❖ Responsible for securing a soft-copy of AHA documents.
❖ Making sure that infection control policies are being implemented when disinfecting our training
equipment like the training mannequins and pocket mask.

Providing holistic nursing care to chronic patient while using my interpersonal skills in dealing
with different cultures and diverse clients.
• Provided nursing care to patients with diabetes, hypertension, alzeimer’s disease, spinal cord
injury, and post knee surgery.
• Provided nursing care to patients with attached tracheostomy tube, endotracheal tube,
nasogastric tube, suprapubic catheter, foley catheter, and Percutaneous
endoscopic gastrostomy tube.
• Ensuring safety during activities of daily living of the patient.
• Providing solution to everyday issues that arises to diverse clients, adapting to their needs
according to their cultural background.

• Assisting customers with their billing inquiries and concerns (e.g. missing payment, double charges, billing misalignment, and charges that are new to the customers)
• Process payment, transfer of payment, and produce copy of a bill as requested.

• Process request for changes in their billing details ( e.g. bill format, business name/ billing address, authorized person on the account, change of ownership, upgrade or downgrade plans)
• Provisions new telephone line connection, new mobile services, and new internet connection.
• Case managing customers issue when it can’t be resolve by our department.

Timely addressed concerns and queries of the patients and patient's significant others.
• Monitor vital signs, input/output and documenting it accurately.
• Administer oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous and topical medications.
• Accurately document interventions provided to patients.
• Interdependently work with physicians and hospital staff to finish daily goals for the patients.
• Responds to "code" situation. Includes assisting doctors in intubation, performing CPR,
administering emergency IV medications, maintaining airway patency, and proper
documentation of interventions provided.
• Starts an Intravenous line.
• Assist doctors on minor procedures done in the patient’s room ( e.g. thoracentesis, removal of
sutures, dressing of wound or surgical area )
• Prepare patients scheduled for diagnostic and surgical procedure.
• Provided nursing care to patients with mechanical ventilator, nasogastric tube, chest tube
thoracostomy.
• I make sure that patients are given adequate care, are comfortable and alleviated from
discomfort or pain.
➢ EMERGENCY ROOM NURSE

Assess patient upon arrival in the ER and provide initial interventions.
• Refer to physician accurate details of patient's condition.
• Start an intravenous line.
• Administers oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous and topical medications.
• Responds quickly to “code blue” situation. ( e.g. Perform CPR, administer emergency IV
medications, maintain airway patency, and proper documentation of interventions provided.)
• Process admission and do accurate endorsement to receiving area.
• Process laboratory and diagnostic procedure and make sure that the patient understands the
procedure he/she would undergo (e.g. x-ray, ct scan, MRI, ultrasound, 2d echo, and blood
works.
• Prepare patients for emergency surgery.
• Do basic interventions in the ER; wound dressing, immobilizing fractures, immediate dose of
medications as ordered.
• Assist physicians during minor surgery; Chest tube insertion, removal of foreign body, and minor
sutures.
• Accompany patients via ambulance for referral to another hospital.
• Accurately documents interventions done to the patient
