My professional experience as Customer Service Associate in one of the biggest driving school in Dubai, UAE has given me a lot of learning experience to provide quality and best customer services to people.
My role is very essential as I am handling the most prestigious driving course-managing VIP customers.
The goal is to serve them in a quick and stress free procedure. Providing them their driving license at their own convenience.
In this experience, I have learned a lot of tactics to handle difficult customers as well to satisfy them with their needs and demands.
A private tutor for grades 1 and 9, teaching English subjects and Computer Education.
Computer teacher for grades 1-6, teaching microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, publisher, paint, and using internet. The administrators decided to let me teach other subjects like Values Education, Arts and Physical Education and everything went well. I had organized various school activities and programs. I have had a very helpful experience in many school works like making tests or exams in an excellent way, teaching children effectively and submitting paper works on time. I have had a good rapport with my colleagues and administrators.
I am a first honorable mention awardee and an outstanding student in my section and batch.
