1. Prepares Quantity Estimates on all finishing materials in High Rise Buildings as basis for Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in the contract execution Between the company and the client. In any case it is used for planning references in the project.
2. Monitors, Reviews and Evaluates monthly work progress of high rise building and prepare Interim Payment Certificates as basis for claims of the company to the client.
3. Conducts periodic inspection in the site to validate work performance of subcontractor and collates invoices and prepare Interim Payment Certificates as basis for billings.
