Copywriting and messaging strategy for C2G clients, including state and federal candidates as well as PACs and issue-based non-profits. Develop communications strategy, craft messaging, and drive fundraising program through integrated messaging to reach a wide audience.

As Director of Special Projects (2019 to Present) working with an entirely remote team supporting over 70 Congressional candidates and their campaign staff, created project plans, recruited personnel, and drove execution of short-term, high impact goals to advance the organization’s mission. ● Coordinated responses to complex issues for the organization and multiple campaigns, including development of messaging strategy, handling of sensitive personnel matters, and managing public relations to preserve stakeholders’ trust.
● Oversaw drafting and adoption of enhanced and expanded by-laws, development of board procedures and organizational policies to maintain transparency and integrity of all operations.
● Planned and facilitated 3-Day Summit of 2020 candidates and campaign teams in Washington D.C., securing speakers for policy deep-dives, campaign tools and strategy, candidate wellness and campaign culture, with nearly 100 people in attendance.
● Developed and facilitated campaign assessment tools and training to support first-time candidates running for Federal office. Conducted training for remote teams over virtual platforms achieving engagement and community cohesion among candidates, staff, and volunteers.
