• Supporting the PTW Manager in leading the PTW team and be responsible for the work planning within PTW.
• Management of the interfaces between different departments (MCR -Shift supervisor and other shift members / Operating Integrated Organization-OIO / Plant Status Management -PSM/Integrated Maintenance Organization-IMO) for all kind of works
• Analysis of blocking mistakes and follow up of QNI’s
• Training of the PTW team and of Infield Operators, and defining draining, filling, venting and requalification of systems.
• Writing/updating of PTW procedures
•Leading and coordination of PTW Mechanical/ Electrical and I&C Officers and PTW activities according with Plant Status Management requirements before and after Fuel Loading.
•Organization of the execution and normalization of Blockings / Organization of the execution Periodic tests / release of all Work Orders.
•Supervision of the plant status in relation on needed and available systems.
•Online trouble shooting - solving of conflicts between different tasks
• Coordination / Validation / Approval/ Releasing of Work Orders / Temporary Modification and Permit to Tests associated with the PTW Office on a daily basis (planned schedule) for commissioning activities.
• Conceiving / Creation / Writing / Validation / Approval / Releasing and Coordination of Blockings Isolations and Normalizations Lists according with WO’s requirements and in co-ordination with MCR and Plant Status Management.
• Follow up the 3 day’s program for all tasks on the site
• Coordination / Validation / Approval/ Releasing of Work Orders / Temporary Modification and Permit to Tests associated with the PTW Office on a daily basis (planned schedule) for commissioning activities.

•Manage of work-permit system as a part of unit maintenance program as blocking, Work Order, Test Permit, Fault Notification and Temporary Modification Processes and Jumper System;
•Validation and approval of Work Order, Test Permit, Fault Notification.
•Normal operation and abnormal operation procedures assessment related to TD-MOD, Jumpers, RSMA and any other inquired modification which may affect the safety operation, the special and support safety systems, operation standards and any process focused on safety principles and clean energy production.
•Work Management System usage for equipment maintenance planning as Work Order/Tasks assessment (approval route), Test Permit conception and implementation, Fault Notification via internal work request issue procedure.
•Head of Work Control Area as main leader for both outage and running unit stages.
•Pre-job briefing and work plan coordinator for complex activities for nuclear and electrical side of the plan.
•Daily Work Plan management.
•Follow on-going jobs and monitor the maintenance team and Contractors activities.
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships between all the personnel (operation/ maintenance and contractors).
•DCS(digital control system) and computer knowledge in work control management using Work Management System, Asset Suit System and Equipment Tag Out System
Cernavoda NPP Unit#1, Romania
•Performed routine checks and field surveillance as Nuclear Field Operator on shift at 700 MW(e) CANDU Nuclear Power Plant.
•Raised Work Requests for malfunctions of equipment, instruments, or controls.
•Corrected abnormal conditions, following standard practices.
•Monitored and operated chillers, compressors, pumps, electrical and pneumatic valves and auxiliary power plant equipment.
•Knowledge of the safety precautions applicable to the operation of nuclear reactors.
•In-depth ability to plan and supervise team work involved in the maintenance of nuclear reactors, or related equipment.
•Providing assistance to the Planned Outage Team putting in service the Steam turbine and several systems in direct connection with the Steam and auxiliary.
•Electrical and mechanical isolation and de-energizing of water pumps, air compressors, chillers, electrical and pneumatic valves in order to ensure safety work conditions for the maintenance workers.
•Maintain plant safety and housekeeping in assigned area.
•Took necessary actions to maintain the systems within prescribed limits.
•Monitoring, inspecting, adjusting of water/oil pumps, air compressors, controlled power production, auxiliary, and facility equipment to ensure safe, legal, continuous, and efficient operation as per approved procedures.

•Applied work with respect of minimal dose principle A.L.A.R.A.(as low as reasonably achievable).

•Act as a qualified leader in the emergency response team within power plant offset permanent member of the search and rescue team.
