Works performed:
- Bucharest Buildings Park: office buildings, three individual buildings with 2B+GF+5Fl, including finishing works. Total project value: 72mil.euro . I was site engineer, with powers in performing execution of formwork, reinforcement and pouring concrete.
- Bucharest West Logistic Park, located in Dragomiresti/ Bucharest/Romania, industrial bldgs with a total surfaces of over 20, 000sqm/level; have been secured utilities for the entire park and the utilities specific to the warehouse; utilities for industrial park: 110 KVA station, main aces roads, secondary aces roads, roundabouts. Total project value: 136 mil. Euro. In this project,
- Sema Park, phase I and II, located in Bucharest-Romania, buildings 2B+ GF+ 5Fl;2B+GF+14Fl-right bldgs+8Fl-left bldgs. For Sema Park phase I, the value of project was: 25 mil US dollars and for Sema Park phase II, the total value of the project was: 72 mil. euro. For both new buildings, I was Site Engineer, with extension on Safety and Security and RSVTI Inspector, in charged with erecting machinery. I was in charge from the beginning with execution of drilled piles in number of 1, 150 pcs with a length of 15, 0 m each one; after this, I was in charged with execution of the beam on the head of the piles, that means: formwork, reinforcement, pouring concrete, on a total length of 500 m. In this site, it was performed 90, 000 cubic meters of earth work, and 50, 000 cubic meters of concrete, and 10, 000 tons of steel.
- Pipera/Green Vista-Residential Houses: Site manager in charge with pouring concrete, reinforcement, shuttering. The value of project was:15 mil. Euro.
- Rehabilitation of the potable water system in Giurgiu County: Bolintin Vale, Dragomiresti and Giurgiu North and South: the existing facilities was extended, modernized and completely rehabilitated. The total value of the project was 134 mil. Euro. In this project, The main works performed was rehabilitation of existing water tank, execution of new water tank with capacity of 8, 000 cm, replacing of more than 50% of water and drainage pipes, rehabilitation of water purification station, roads, security communication, electrical systems and others.
- Sema Park, phase III, located in Bucharest-Romania: Structural transformation to an industrial hall in order to become an office space, class A+++. In this site, I was site manager in charge with execution of the works; the main activities was: consolidating the foundation ground by injecting it with a mixed cement and water solution; the demolition of two trajectory in the hall for the construction of two staircases in those spaces; excavation, earth removal from excavation, compaction, radial casting and reinforced concrete poles to create the first level of the new building; formwork, reinforcing and concrete pouring; block work for external walls; block work for internal walls, including partition walls; waterproofing on the terrace; water pipes, drainage pipes, sewerage pipes; electrical cables. The total value of the project was 35 mil. Euro.
- HILTON Garden Hotel: located in Bucharest, 12 Doamnei str.; 4 stars hotel, near the Romanian National Bank; 8 floors+ 1 technical floor. Site manager, in charge with the execution of : demolition of the old building from roof to bottom, transporting on the demolition material, excavation and transporting the material from excavation, formwork, reinforcement and pouring concrete for the foundation slab with 1.3 m; fixing the new metallic structure: columns, beams, diagonals; formwork and reinforcement and pouring concrete on the metallic structure; formwork, reinforcement and pouring concrete in each floor slabs; exterior and interior block work walls; interior and exterior screed; waterproofing membrane; thermo isolation of the walls and terrace slab; walls and floor tile, terazzo, marble and granite.Interior and exterior paintings.The value of the project was 95 mil. Euro.

* Demolition work in four different area in Bucharest.
I managed the rearrangement work for “DIALOG” in the ex-shop “Tineretului”, including the finishing work: suspended cell, aluminium doors for entrance, interior doors, ceramic wall and floor tilling, metallic doors in the backside of the building, partition walls form Rigips.
Working for Victoria Palace and Government Garage, and in the same time I started and finished a house (1B+G+1Fl) in Comana Street.
4 flats in Bucharest, with modification of the architectural design, in totality with finishing works, with new electrical equipments and new water pipes, new sewerage.
I worked in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) with Zublin Co. for : “REHABILITATION OF THE CENTRAL BANK PROJECT”; Official position: AREA SUPERVISOR.
- I was in charge and I worked directly with a British architect (Mr. Anderson, phone: 00441514284049) for TERRAZZO tiles, treads, and risers, on staircases MS1, MS2 in “ EXTENSION BUILDING BANK” and for “CENTRAL BANK BUILDING”. This type of terrazzo, was fixed according with the British standard.
- I was in charge with ceramic wall and floor tiles. This type of tiles was fixed with different adhesive materials, including epoxy resin, according with the destination of those rooms: dining room, kitchen, pantry, plant-room, lobby areas, gents and ladies toilets.
- I was in charge with plastering work in interior and exterior of the building (according with the British standard for warm country with big humidity).
- Fixing aluminium doors, metallic frame and doors for toilets, pantry, plant-room, emergency fire staircases;
- Fixing partition wall in toilets, on the floors.
- Fixing PVC tiles on the floors, from the 1st to the 9th .
- All the finishing work, including small repairs, painting with enamels and other types of paint for walls (interior and exterior) of the building.
Area supervisor in Germany, for a tunnel for “ DEUTCH BAHN” in Montabauer.
CERNAVODA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT:
CO2 deposit, U3: marked the topometrical axis; excavated trench, coffering formwork, using metallic panel form; reinforcement works and concreting works; masonry with concrete bricks; concrete roof beam; damp proof course (D.P.C) vertical and horizontal; fixing the prefabricated concrete beams; plastering works for interior and exterior.
Concrete slabs in U2, U3 and U4: located in Nuclear Service Building (C.S.A.N) on level 107.41 and 109.00 (using the level of the Baltic sea, considered one of the most stable level - specified in the project).
Internal structures in U3, U4 and U5 : from the level 93.90 to 105.41 (located in the Basement of the Reactor Building).
Exterior closing walls using reinforced concrete slabs, with glass fibres (B.A.F.S.): in Service Building in U2, U3 and U4 (similar with rigips wall, using galvanized profiles with different sections).
March 1992- March 1997
One year (1992-1993), I worked in QA (quality assurance) Departament, with responsibilities for checking, keeping under control the materials and supervision of the materials which was manufactured for the Nuclear Project, such as:
- Nuclear reinforced steel bars (like: PC52-N and PC60-N) made by Siderurgica SA Hunedoara.
- Metalic and stainless steel embedded parts, made by IUT- Buzau and IRNE Pitesti, such as: anchor plate, steel bar, steel bolt, steel caisson, steel columns and beams, stainless steel pipeline, steel pre-stressing cable, steel rope, shapes lead shot for special concrete (to reduce the uranium radiation).
- A lot of different range of paints for finishing works, made special for N.P.P., using CANADIAN STANDARDS, for metallic-surfaces, or for the walls (interior or exterior) made by Policolor SA, ANTICOROZIVUL SA, or from US and CANADA (epoxy resin, anticorrosive coating or to protect from fire the metallic structures), all of these for Reactor Building, Service Building an C.P.P.
- Metallic doors and frames made by I.A.R Brasov, after CANADIAN STANDARDS, and all of these component system for closing the doors.
Starting with 1993, I worked in QC (quality control) Department, with responsibilities of:
- Quality work in site, in Reactor Building, Services Building - U2, U3 and U4 and partial work outside of site.
- Quality of the materials which was stored in the yard.
- Member in Technical Commision for the Examination of subcontractors and in Quality and Technical Assurance Examination Team (ETAC), internal and external (for other company who work for N.P.P.).
- Quality of concrete for NPP; the concrete mixing plant was checked daily, including the condition for storage for: sand, different types of aggregates, cement, lime, plaster, concrete hardening agents, concrete water proofing compound, artificial resins admixture.
- I checked the concrete and reinforced steel bars (PC 52-N, PC 60-N, OB37) test specimen in Central Laboratories- Bucharest (Barbu Vacarescu street)
