Depend on the kind of project and the client requests
o Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
o Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Illustrates concept by designing rough layout.
o Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
o Meeting with the account management team to discuss the client's requirements.
o Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
o Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at.
o Working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's brief.
o Meeting with the creative director before presenting ideas to clients.
o Pitching ideas to clients; working with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.
o Briefing other members of the creative team.
o Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
o Finding out about the project requirements (taking a 'brief')
o Estimating the time the project will require, and providing a cost quotation
o Coming up with design concepts that fit the client's needs
o Presenting options for design treatments
o Creating final designs, working to a deadline and budget
o Amending designs according to the clients' final comments
o Proofreading and preparing designs to be sent to print.
