Position: Electrical Engineer (ELV Systems)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages all site activities including planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling of subcontractors ensuring work is executed in accordance with approved drawings and project documents.
• Responsible for project planning including resource allocation, scheduling and budgeting.
• Coordinates with other trades to ensure smooth progress, resolve issues and align expectations.
• Monitors and maintains regularly the quality of work and materials to ensure these are approved and meet the specified project requirements.
• Attends project, site progress and any technical meetings to address any design or site related issues.
• Prepares and maintains accurate project reports to keep track of work progress in order to identify and address any delays, issues and deviations from the project plan.
• Attends inspections with the consultant ensuring that the quality of work is completed based on approved drawing/document.
• Participates in project handover and final inspections to ensure that all work is completed as per project requirements and that project is ready for occupancy or use.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures facility management and service maintenance of security systems (Access Control & CCTV) are executed properly.
• Performs preventive/ corrective/ routine maintenance of security systems in assigned area.
• Manages & supports teams of supervisors and technicians to deliver facility management services including operating systems maintenance, repairs and improvements while providing technical guidance to resolve problems.
• Monitors and controls activities ensuring KPIs are strictly imposed as per established contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generally responsible in managing the site activities of Security Systems.
• Conducts daily site supervision to subcontractors by providing leadership to ensure that all works at various stages of the project are in compliance with the approved project documents and standards.
• Attends regular meeting with the client, consultant, contractors and different trades in all phases of the project to resolve any design or site related issues.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and distribute them to related package managers, leads and trades for information and necessary action.
• Prepares clearances and necessary permits to complete the work in all stages of the project.
• Monitors project progress to determine any delays or deviations from the project milestones.
• Attends inspections with the consultant ensuring that works are performed, witnessed, verified, accepted and properly documented in accordance with quality management system.
• Closes Snags/ Room Completion/ Asset Management (asset tagging and labeling)

Position: Special Airport Systems (SAS) /ELV Engineer & QA/QC - Closeout Engineer (Handover/ Project Delivery)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation, review and submission of ELV/SAS Deliverables like Shop drawings, Inspection Requests (IR), Material Submittals, Method Statements, O&M Manuals and Handover Documents among others.
• Overall in-charge of QAQC Team & Closeout Team responsible for the successful delivery/handover of Areas/Spaces for the project.
• Attends regular design/site meetings and liaises with other trades for SAS/ELV requirements.
• Coordinates with the client, consultants and contractors involving design, review, implementation, testing and commissioning of all ELV/SAS systems.
• Coordinates with subcontractors regarding work schedule, work sequence, manpower, materials and method of work.
• Ensures that the quality and workmanship of executed activities are in compliance with project requirements.
• Prepares and maintains records of site progress for regular and timely update to Project Manager.

Position: ELV Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the design review of ELV Systems Deliverables (shop drawings, RFI/ Field RFI, material/sample submittals, method statements, operations & maintenance manuals, etc. ) from sub-contractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements and properly coordinated with other disciplines prior to consultants' approval.
• Attends regular site coordination and design meetings with the client, consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues and align expectations.
• Prepares progress report and minutes of meetings (MOM) for update and distribution to management.
• Coordinates with other trades in all stages of the project to ensure adherence to contract drawings, specifications and standards.
• Monitors project regularly in terms of progress, quality, HSE and cost controlling.
• Manages material follow-up with subcontractors/ suppliers for a timely delivery on site.
• Provides guidance and technical advice to the team for any issues that arise during construction.
• Supervises testing and commissioning of ELV Systems to ensure timely completion and handover of the project.
Key Accomplishment:
➢ Successful handover of 364 luxury patient beds (expandable to 490), including 72 ICU beds, 4 post anesthesia care units (PACU) and 26 operating rooms.
Responsible in project design review, verifying contract documents (drawings and specifications) and bill of quantities, project implementation on site, planning, material requisition and manpower assignment. Review of weekly progress. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment. Monitor and evaluate important parameters and make immediate recommendation/ action for repair and improvement of equipment performance. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors. Conduct training for technicians, safety policies implementation in coordination with safety engineers
