Project: North-South Commuter Railway
Clients: Department of Transportation (DOTr) / Philippine National Railways (PNR)

- Help prepare the Project Operational Plan which is the main planning, monitoring and control tool of the Operations.
- In charge of the implementation of the assigned permanent scope of works of the Project Operational Plan according to the contract documents especially contract, plans and specifications
- Responsible for the controls associated to the identified risks of the assigned scope of works of the project
- Direct and manage the assigned sub-contractor’s works safety, quality and schedule.
- Coordinate with the Customer’s representative on matters related to the assigned scope of works of the project.
- Prepare and submit project accomplishment reports.
- Prepare the supporting documents for billing based on the approved payment schedules.
- Help in the implementation Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
- Direct workers and evaluate actual manpower loading against plan.

Project: Khalifa Port Expansion (Capping Beams and Access Road)

- Managed the project in a safe manner and meets the requirements of the project documentation
- Ensured all measuring and test equipment on site is properly calibrated
- Reviewed and ensures that all shop drawings and material submittals are presented to the appropriate bodies with adequate supporting information
- Provided updated shop drawings to site foremen/supervisors
- Prepared the ITP
- Ensured that operatives comply with the relevant method statement, Tootbox Tasks and general site briefings
- Ensured that sub-contractors and suppliers achieve the on-site required standards.

Project: Temburong Bridge (Superstructure of Marine Viaducts)

- Overseen and directed the superstructure site supervision staff of engineering work.
- Liased with client representatives for any query on site regarding technical matters such as work quality, works methods, standards etc.
- Prepared and submitted daily report and progress to construction engineer in daily basis.
- Monitored in-coming materials on site.
- Advised sub-contractor in the proper construction methods as per standard and quality.
- Reviewed sub-contractor submitted shop drawing prior to implementation.

Project: Manila Bay Resort (Pile Driving Works)
- Managed and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project
- Ensured all construction is being performed to quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget and schedule, interpreted and explained plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors
- Coordinated and optimized the arrangement of daily activities tasked to the construction crews to minimize lost productivity time
- Submitted requests for extension of time, claims for additional payment, and contractual disputes to project management team.
- Reviewed quotes, material requests, procured items, deliveries and on-site production to validate accurate fulfilment and quality control.

Project: NAKILAT Ship Repair Yard- Ras Laffan, Qatar
Client : NAKILAT / Qatar Petroleum

- Involved as Civil Works Engineer on off-shore structure such as caisson structure, piers, dry dock structure, quay wall structure and on-shore dry dock utility structure such as fire pump house, compressor house, substations, pavement, underground utilities, potable water tanks foundation, underground contaminated water treatment plant and others minor utilities.
- Supervised and reviewed works on site in respect of the current/ latest approved construction drawings, method statement (slip forming, bar bending and cutting, concreting, transportation of caisson structure, concrete repair works) in connection to the project specification.
- Attended inspection on the submitted RFI both on-shore and off-shore structure on daily basis.
- Attended Bathymetric survey of sea bed.
- Inspected the quality of all materials and workmanship (including samples) provided by the Contractor, checked compliance with all specified technical requirements.
- Inspected marine civil works activities in relations to the approved Method Statement.
- Assisted the Asst. Resident Engineer to review and comment on Contractor’s shop drawings.

Project: Lusail Development- Marine Supervision Management
Client : Qatari Diar

- Involved as Concrete Inspector on Retaining Wall concrete blocks.
- Supervised and reviewed works on site in respect of the current/ latest approved construction drawings, method statement for casting in connection to the project specification.
- Ensured that all works are being executed in accordance with the Contractor’s approved Quality Assurance & Quality Control Procedures and it being strictly implemented.
- Monitored and inspected concrete heat of hydration and full scale trial mixed design of concrete.
- Inspected the installation of Pre-Fabricated Quay Wall Blocks, Revetment Rocks/Blocks, Scour Protection Rocks/Blocks
- Monitored and inspected the temporary fence installation at perimeter of the project site.

- Supervised concreting works, lay-out of column, beams & slabs
- Supervised cutting and installation of structural reinforcement bars, testing & sampling of concrete.
- Supervised construction of concrete pavement from filling and compaction of sub-base, base course up to concreting of pavements.
- Supervised test on materials for the sub-base, base course and ingredients for the concrete mix.
