Ensures that kitchen’s standard recipes is strictly followed.
Follows through general food production.
Ensures that food quality and storage is well-maintained.
Ensures that refrigerators, freezers and kitchen work areas are clean and tidy at all times.
Reports missing food items and obtain replacements to avoid delays in the service.
Maintains sanitary conditions in all food areas including the storage.
Adheres to the kitchen code of conduct
Adheres to Government and work place health and safety policies.
Adheres to the Manager’s instructions.
Reports all technical faults and safety hazards to the Person In-Charge.
Participates in all trainings as required to carry out duties efficiently and safely.
Participates in team meetings.
Ensures compliance with all Company/Department policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following strict rules and procedures imposed by the Company and the Government.
Welds and assembles metal components to effect repairs to dump trucks, trailers, and other similar equipments.
Attends work on the schedule established by the employer and without excessive absenteeism.
Follows all safety work practices.
Uses disc grinder to smooth out, weld, or grind parts prior to welding.
Operates manual and automated welding units and equipment by depositing metal from electrode to work piece and joins edges of work piece.
Maintains length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead.
Welds in flat and vertical planes (all position welding).
Examines weld for bead size and other specifications and grinds or cleans weld joint of work piece.
Repairs improperly welded pieces and fill holes.
Positions and clamps work pieces together or assemble them in a jig fixture.
Tacks assemblies together and fabricate new or replacement parts for dump trucks, trailers, and wheel wash unit.
Assembles component parts using hand and small power tools.
Cleans up work area daily.
Welds and assembles metal components to effect repairs to dump trucks, trailers, and other similar equipments.
Attends work on the schedule established by the employer and without excessive absenteeism.
Follows all safety work practices.
Obtains parts and materials and accesses area to be welded by climbing ladder if needed.
