From 2012 June i am Deputy Team Leader with the following responsibility:
Rehabilitation of water supply, sewage networks, Water treatment plants, Waste water treatments plants, (under Red book, Yellow book Fidic )on COVASNA County
7 contracts of works -total value over 86 mil of euros.
Assist Team LEADER in management of the Contract.
Made the Manual of supervision, made the Inception Report, made the Quality Assurance manual for the Consultant .
Manage the Resident Engineers, make the Advance Payment of the Contractor, Review of the Design submittal, Checking the QA&QC procedure of the Contractor, offer the full support of the Employer (beneficiary), coordinate the contracts (interference of the contracts), instruct the Contractor regarding the works, review the proposal of the Variation Order (make the calculation, checking the terms of the contract, assist the employer ), checking the Contractor’s Claim. Manage the Monthly meeting, assist the weekly meeting, make the weekly reports, monthly reports, annual reports.

Those contracts exceeding 160 mil of euros under Fidic (General condition of Contract)rules.The expert make the design review, issue the site instruction, checking the site works (structural, reinforcement concrete works, piping networks, finishing works).

Duties:checking the design, supervising the works on site, checking the HSE measures, checking the QA&QC measures,
Supervising the works on the site.
-Manage the financial resources with the Employer(administration of the budget).
-Supervising the Contractor, checking of the works in technical terms.
-Make the Interim Payment Certification. Check the HSE measures and the QA Plan.
-Instruct the Contractor, the subcontractors regarding the works on site. Check the designs and the technical documentation of the materials.
Supervision of Building and Construction of MEDLIFE HOSPITAL BRASOV .My responsibility was to check the following works:
Lining, foundation works, structure works (mixed structure steel and concrete ), finishing works, water networks, gas networks, electrical works, sewage networks .
Also I approved( check) the payment submitted by the contractor .
Total value (6 mil of euros) without equipments .
The expert was involved in the contract “Management and supervision of the execution of contracts for water and sewerage system rehabilitation in Brasov” - project developed in FIDIC Contract Conditions Yellow Book. The project contained 4 work contracts, financed by EBRD and European Commission, under ISPA Measure, total investment exceeding 47 million Euros. The Expert was Resident Engineer for works supervision.
Rehabilitation and development of water and sewerage networks (100 km of drinking water supply network and 30 km of sewerage network).The Expert had under his supervision rehabilitation of water treatment plant 3pcs, rehabilitation of water reservoir, construction of water reservoir 2pcs construction of sewerage tunnel with 2, 5 m diameter -length 2km.The Expert analyze the Contractor’s Claim, analyze the Variation Order requested by the Employer an he made his own determination.
