After a pragmatic analysis and a compound handed over, the cost reduced with 1.4 million USD/ year. The generation and implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures clearly defined the activity, optimized all resources and improved efficiency with 20 %. The residents living conditions are in a continuous improvement process.

Organizing periodically stakeholders and employee representative meetings developed the communication, catering, transportation, and security services reducing the complaints with 30%.
