Key Roles:
• Accountable to design, develop and periodically update all workforce planning policies and procedures as per the requirement of the company
• Diligently participate in preparing annual workforce plans for budgeting in line with financial budgeting cycle and closely aligned with strategic business plans.
• Undertake detailed review and analysis of workforce planning for identifying manpower requirements for QF entities

• Maintain alignment of Organization Charts with approved headcount by coordinating with the Organization Design team
• Ensure prompt review of ERP position hierarchies, headcount figures, and position titles and their alignment with budgeted workforce plans, reporting discrepancies and suggesting improvements to management
• Undertake comprehensive job analysis and job evaluation as per HayGroup system and publish organizational charts as and when required.
Key Roles:
• Implemented human resources policies & procedures post research on latest human resources management practices, employment legislations and compliance.
• Ensured alignment of team deliverables to business objectives of the organization. Involved in review of salary policies/ procedures including revision of policies and employee handbooks.
• Implemented various process improvement processes aimed at upgrading the human resource functions. Ensured availability of critical resourcing metrics and management information to enable decision making process.
• Generated and maintained requisite statutory records related to attendance, overtime and earnings ensuring that overtime work and its payment are in accordance with the statutory requirements.
• Amended and implemented policies and procedures according to business needs in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
• Prepared correspondence in the course of official duties, including statistical data that may be complex and sensitive or confidential.
• Part of organizing committee of a yearly HR event - QF Long Service Award designed to reward the long service of QF employees (5, 10, 15 & 20 years of service)

• Responsible for the HR, personnel and administration departments business improvement & turnaround - led growth and restructuring strategies.
• Developed and implemented policies on issues including working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
• Managed all HR administrative duties like employee communications, employee requests for basic letters employee services, HR filing systems, HR record keeping and absence tracking
• Ensured proper documentation & updating of records & employee files and participating in the HR Audits to ensure smooth implementation of human resource management systems in the organization.
• Provided professional advises on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits. Undertook regular staff salary reviews and compensation benchmarking.
