Precisely updates the Order Monitoring files regularly enabling the management to monitor the ordering levels against Business Plan/Forecast.
Responsible for all necessary correspondence to the suppliers to ensure a smooth processing of orders are in place.
Performs any additional task as directed by the head of the department.

Attend to Walk-In and Internal Customers for Accessories inquiry
Do Routine Paper works and Bulletin Boards; Reporting of Daily Sales Reports
Done database and programs for various department projects
Done system backups for various number of computers and aid computer technical problems
