To carry out a variety of cash handling and clerical accounting functions such as receiving, disbursing and replenishing cash. Proper control and maintenance of excess baggage tickets and filing of necessary documents of account settlement, record purposes.
•Controls stocks of excess baggage tickets, Universal credit card charge forms and courier manifest received form NAS finance or from customer airlines.
•Collect the applicable charges from the passenger in the form of cash or credit card and issue customer airlines excess baggage tickets coupon for station to be retained and passengers receipt to be handed over to passenger.
•Prepare balance statement of customer airline excess baggage tickets utilized or retained and cash voucher in safe with supporting documents.
•Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of NAS and their customers.
•Prepare a daily sales report and send to finance department.
