 Implementing SOP routine maintenance plans for the machines for keep them in excellent status for continuous operation. Analysis of the root cause of breakdown to avoid repeated breakdowns using lean six sigma method to improve process performance and optimize maintenance cost.
 Plan the required spare parts for the machine to have the correct stock. Improvements for the reduction and control of equipment, supplies and materials inventories
 Lead the maintenance team, setting priorities on the floor, managing spare parts and maintenance activities. Interacts with various functions in supply chain and delivery good results aligned to company goals and objectives.
 Hands-on trouble shooting either electrical or mechanical related on all PET filling machines and its downstream equipment, process lines and utility equipment.
 Responsible for over-all efficiency and effectiveness of the Automated Warehouse System supplied and programmed by Swisslog - Sweden using the Block Control Interface (BCI) Software and Warehouse Management ver. 6.0 (WM6).

 Lead the team in implementing the preventive maintenance, corrective and hands-on trouble shooting on breakdown maintenance for all maintenance work (Electrical, Mechanical and Automation) across the process and production equipment in the plant ensuring that maintenance jobs are carried out timely, efficiently and cost effective .
 Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
 Implement documentation, and analyze plant Predictive Maintenance data collection including, but not limited to vibration, infrared, and electrical unit measuring techniques.
 Responsible for maintenance and continual development or improvement in the filling machines, downstream machine and all process of Plant through Projects by recommending instruments upgrade and implementing changes and improvement on PLC program and/or control modification

 Develop of specific procedures, work instructions, repair plans, calibration and testing schedules and ensure compliance.
 Manage and provide short and long term technical solutions to engineering problems that may arise in relation to maintenance services in order to proactively resolve such problems on a sustainable basis and ensure uninterrupted delivery of services.
 Continuously evaluate and improve the operation of all process systems and associated subsystems. Identify specific process improvement needs and provide recommendation for system upgrades.
 Manage automation and instrumentation maintenance Corrective Action Program requirements to ensure compliance with maintenance standards. Then review and initiate Standard Work Plan for equipment important to safety and reliability to ensure compliance with plant safety policies and procedures.

 Program automation/controls and create electrical panel control in accordance with accepted practices and company standard on milk processing, tomato processing and ice cream processing plant and including all their CIP process.
 Prepare electrical schematics, pneumatic diagram, flow charts and manage schedules of installation and/or modification
 Work closely with all internal team members to identify issues and implement improvements.
 Assisting technician on Installation and performing trouble shooting or corrective adjustment on newly installed instruments.
 Investigate equipment’s performance and identify any problems for corrective action and solutions.
 Responsible for electrical and automation maintenance on all machinery in plastic department such as blow film extruder machines, injection molding machine for bottle caps and PET preform, PET blowing molding machines.
 Develop modification controls and PLC programs in replacement for the PLC which are obsolete and upgrade all PLC and controls which are non-compliance for the company standards.

 Responsible for operations & maintenance of 4 units of MAN B&W 9L 32/40 diesel engine & 4.15 Megawatts LEROY SOMER power generator including its auxiliary equipment in the power plant, such as boilers \[waste heat recovery & fire tube boiler type\], lube oil purifier, pumps \[centrifugal and screw type\], air compressors, cooling towers, etc.
 Trouble shooting of electrical issues on equipment such, motors control, dumpers, crane, meters, exhaust and duct fan, lighting fixtures, etc.
 Task to create daily consumption report for chemicals, water and oil consumed and calculate the generated wattage for documentation in a weekly report as required for monitoring purposes.
 Monitor power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
 Inspect records or log book entries or communicate with plant personnel to assess equipment operating status.
 Implementing a very effective safety, environmental, health plan to achieve the zero accident target plan.
