Processing expense requests (cash reimbursement or payments) for the managing director to approve.
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Posting and processing bills, petty cash, payment vouchers, sales invoice & receipt vouchers.
Preparing Cheques.
Daily Bank reconciliation.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Generating tax report, statement of accounts, company & financial reports, customer & receivables reports, vendor & payables report and etc. from the System when required.
Arranging all documents required by bank for any kinds of application that the company acquire as well as KYC update & Opening of Bank Accounts.
Preparing monthly salaries of the employees, HQ & Branches.
Assisting Consultant in preparing supporting documents such as sales, purchase and expense register for monthly Vat Group Return Filing and Refund.
Assist sales team on preparing Delivery Notes, Sales Invoices, TOO docs and vehicle arrangement thru emails.
Collecting Cash payments from Customers.
