Installations of all types of air conditioning & Chillers.
¤Servicing of all types of air conditioning & Chillers
¤Repairing monitoring the B.M.S system to Maintain temperature for chillers and OA Systems.
¤Site visiting to see the area when in need to install new a/c or chillers and to decide & approve on how much BTU/ of A/C to be installed in accordance with the space
¤Converting Air conditioning units to chillers using shell
•¤General installation
Attending to my guest / system complaints promptly as assigned.
¤Measuring the temperature and moisture levels of air.
¤Regularly monitoring the BMS system to maintain the temperature for chillers & OA units.
¤Adhering to the specifications of electrical codes or as advised.
¤Ensuring to keep minimum stock of spares for smooth operation requirements.
¤Carrying out routine preventive maintainance on equipment as specified by the manufacturer & as per HACCP requirements.
Welding of pipes, exhaust & any type of metal or steel
¤Operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas metal arc welding
¤Operating manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipments such cutting torch or gas .
¤Operating brazing and soldering equipment
¤Metal shaping, straightening or bending as required
¤Repairing worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers.Reporting to work on time, prepared to perform all tasks as outlined in job description and /or assigned .
