• Taking care of Workgroup environment, consisting of 5 Servers and more than 100 users’ network platform having Windows XP Professional at users’ end.
• Editing & updating different Applications databases developed on VB (Visual Basic) language on users’ requirements about on daily bases practice.
• Responsible to take care of all users database backup on two different type of servers running Glovia ERP System and as well as Solutioner Database Application & users emails by using Tape Drive on Backup Exec. Software.

• Taking care of Windows NT & 2000 Servers under Centralized Domain Environment.
• Trouble Shooting Operating Systems and Network Problems, Software, Hardware and Network Cabling & Components Installations.
• Taking care of running ERP Application ALPHA and resolving related database problems.
• Responsible to run daily backup procedure on ArcServeIT Application.
• Monitoring & managing of Internet based proxy application WinGate running on separate Internet Server as well as for security purpose.
• Taking care of accounting based server in inputting accounting transactions over PeachTree Accounting Application.
• Troubleshooting & User support.
• Supporting clients in technical problems. Guiding them for installing Internet Browsers, Email Engines, Antivirus software and other type of software applications
• Providing onsite installation services and supporting the company’s valued customers i.e. big entrepreneurs and even at valued clients’ residents.
• Training new employees to be familiarized with changed environment.
