• Managing & directing all electrical work at sites in accordance with the shop drawings, specifications, contracts & method statements. • Managing & directing subcontractors.
• Make shop-drawings.
• Make request for materials.
• Designing of all electrical systems for the new projects.
• Process request for inspections (RFI) and materials inspection request (MIR).
• Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders.
• Preparing daily progress reports.
• Design review and recommendations of contract documents to incorporate electrical requirement.
• Sites management.
• Reviewing of BOQ with drawing and specification.
• Attending the weekly progress meetings with the project management and Clint.
• Coordination with the stakeholders involved in the electrical discipline for technical or any relevant issues.
• Follow up the projects progress as per the project's schedules.
• Reviewing of all electrical and low-current (shop-drawing & Material) submittals.
• Inspection of electrical/ low-current installations & material on site.
• Managing, directing & supervising all MEP work.at site in accordance with the specifications, shopdrawings.
• Preparing proposals for re-routing networks as site clarifications.
• Make as-built drawings.
• Attending weekly, monthly progress reports.
• Process Work Inspection Request (WIR).
• Make request for materials.
• Implement and aggressively enforce project safety program and practices to create a safe and healthy
work environment and arrange safety work permits.
• Managing & directing all electrical subcontractors.
• Ensuring that the electrical works is executed on site in accordance with the latest revision of
shop-drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Finding solutions for drawing mistakes and make proposals.
• Insure smooth interface and sequencing of electrical systems with various trades.
• Continually update drawings with changes as issued by Consultants.
• Coordinate with the mechanical, civil & architect engineers to handle overlaps and inconsistency
problems.
• Process request for inspection (RFI) and Materials Inspection Request (MIR).
• Make request of materials.
• Execute all the project required facilities (lighting, pumping, air conditioning, power junction
boxes...etc.)
• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Plans and supervise all on-site MEP activities & ensure that installation complies with the shop
drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate all MEP internal/external networks to ensure all systems work within space constraints &
handle overlaps and inconsistency problems.
• Finding solutions for MEP drawings mistakes and make proposals.
• Process request for inspections (RFI) and materials inspection request (MIR).
• Insure that smooth interface and sequencing of MEP systems with various trades.
• Make material requests
• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Execute all project-required facilities (lighting, pumping, air conditioning, power junction
boxes...etc.)
• Preparing VSDs by Install the internal & external devises, terminate signal cables and set all
parameter data.
• Testing & commissioning VSDs by terminating main power supply, protection and SCADA cables.
• Calculate the voltage-drop in the down-hole cable and set the transformer tap-changer.
• Checking transformers & motors rotation.
• Troubleshooting the VSD and the down-hole problems.
• Weekly Monitoring VSD, down-hole parameters & Download the down-hole sensor data.
