 Supervise all personnel on-board in relation to all safety operations.
 Assist rig supervisors in planning, analyzing, communicating and problem solving.
 Actively observe for any and all unsafe conditions or acts, and assist all hands in developing hazard identification skills with the Safety Observation process.
 Facilitate investigation of hazards, accidents and injuries. Determine root cause for prevention and develop processes to prevent similar and/or repeat occurrences.
 Facilitate pre task safety meetings prior to, during tour, and as otherwise required to maintain safe working conditions at all times.
 Promote company safety program and training curriculum for company.
 Ensure contractors comply with contract HSE requirements
