* Project Description:
- 3 Beirut is a luxurious residential project consisting of 3 high rising towers located in Beirut Central District, Lebanon.

* Main Responsibilities and Qualifications: • Develop and prepare Shop Drawings for all Reinforced Concrete and Masonry Works on site.
• Collate information from related Architecture / Structure / MEP consultant's drawings and incorporate them into the shop drawings.

• Raise RFI's and highlighting areas left uncoordinated by the Consultants / Sub contractors.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for Shop Drawing preparation, checking drawing development, presentation and accuracy, revising and updating them as per Consultant comments and variations.
• Review and interpret design drawings and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details to implement effective and efficient methods of construction.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and other departments to solve potential problems and ensure the day-to-day activities on site are in smooth running order.

* Project Description:
- Grand Hyatt is a five star downtown business hotel located in Beirut Central District, Lebanon.

* Main Responsibilities and Qualifications: • Prepare the final As-Built Drawings of the project after reviewing all modifications executed on site & implanting them in the drawings.
• Prepare Quantities surveying for steel reinforcement and concrete work quantities.
• Manage document control to include submittal schedules, contract documents and project record drawings.
• Assist in reviewing and application of Tender Documents (BOQ, Technical specifications, contractual requirement and method of statements)
• Provide assistance to project manager and office engineering construction.
• Prepare civil estimates for construction projects to aid management in bidding on determining price of construction.
• Prepare quantity take-offs documents and cost analysis for lump sum projects for final bid preparation.
