• Greet customers as they arrive at the store / counter and ask them how they would like to be assisted

• Show customers their desired pieces and provide information such as setting types, stones and cuts

• Assist customers in making decisions to buy jewelry pieces or sets and suggest alternatives and complementing pieces with clothes and other accessories
• Lead customers through the buying process by boxing, wrapping and bagging their purchases
• Assist the cashier by providing pricing information according to weight (in cases of gold and silver jewelry) and processing cash and credit card transactions
• Educate customers about warrantees and guarantees of sold pieces and ensure that all documentation is included with the bagged product
• Send out thank you notes to customers and keep them in the loop regarding new arrivals
• Arrange window displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured
• Ascertain that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day
• Ensured proper presentation, organization, storing and replenishment of stock
• Execute daily/weekly/monthly sales goals

• Recommend merchandise to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Contact other store locations to determine merchandise availability.
• Complete all cleaning, stocking and organizing tasks in assigned sales area.
• Maintain professional relationship and attitude with clients and coworkers.

LAT (Lebanese Air Transport) Passenger Service handling.

•Working on 4 different systems: TROYA, SDCS, SABER, MAX
•Welcome passengers as they arrive at the terminal counter
•Ask for passengers’ tickets and verify information by asking pertinent questions
•Compare information on tickets with passenger data
•Provide passengers with instructions on how to use self-check systems
•Educate passengers about airport security protocols and luggage allowances
•Make sure that birder regulations on both visas and luggage are followed
•Issue boarding cards to patients after verifying their information completely
•Weigh passengers’ luggage to make sure it conforms to airline rules
•Assess passengers’ hand luggage to determine weight and size allowances
•Provide passengers with hand luggage tags and demonstrate ways to put them on
•Assist passengers who may have lost their luggage
•Confer with passengers looking for travelling solutions to gauge their interest
•Provide passengers with information regarding holiday destinations, fares and commuting times
•Look for seat availabilities on flights for passengers wanting to travel on immediate basis
•Make sure that any special instructions such as fragile luggage is handled with care and tagged appropriately
•Assist passengers with alternate flight inquiries and attempt to fit them in on subsequent flights
•Secure unsealed packages or unlocked bags in plastic wrap prior to sending them off to the aircraft
•Take requests for seat changes from passengers and make flight announcements on public address systems
•Transit Passengers - Processed on DCS + baggage secured to next destination
•Arrival/Transfer Desk - Handling of disconnected and / or delayed flights - passengers and deportees
•Communication with airport authorities and other internal sections or functions + Reporting
•Confidentiality in the operations: data protection and security + Document protection and security

Distribute forms to appropriate staff persons/monitors (sound, lighting, multimedia) by deadlines indicated on planning sheet.
