• Managing a team of 12 sales consultants
• Briefing the sales team and setting sales targets based on the monthly strategic aims of the company.
• Training and developing the sales team by staying up to date with Dubai’s real estate to enable them to meet their targets and objectives.
• Guiding, advising and assisting with deal closing by attending viewings with sales consultant when need arises.
• Holding regular sales team meetings to monitor team and individual agent performance.
• Responsible to the sales Director and providing him with updates on sales targets and objectives.
• Identifying sales prospects and leads for the sales team to follow up and convert.
• Representing and Attending all Property exhibition with my team making sure that the company services and product are sold to prospects during and after events.
• Staying up to date with Dubai real estate and organizing trainings to update the team of any changes by DLD and the company.
• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients
• Build long term relationships with clients and customers
• Attend to all sales enquiries professionally to maintain a high standard of services
• Attending to all property events such as exhibition and all property launch organized by the company.
• Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
