Oversees Red Bulls regional HR implementations and use of the company’s HR information’s, recruiting and development, compensation and benefits system including processes & interfaces in the HR area in alignment to Red Bulls global HR processes and HRIS governance guidelines

Acts as a main interface from Region HR Connection towards Global HR Support and is the main interface to Region HR Connection from Global HR Support . Owns SAP action processes such as but not limited to hire, termination, change in employment. Regularly maintains employee record in SAP related but not limited to job leveling, data correction, organizational changes, etc. Delivers various SAP reports such as but not limited to headcount report, data quality report, salary and job data report. Enhances the quality and diversity of the reports driven from SAP HR. Coordinates between local country HR and Global Project team for necessary actions related to HR SAP R3 implementation and integration. Prepares needed templates such as employee data collection, country plan, country checklist, cut-over plan, ramp-down plan. Creates and maintain the country Local Concept Description (LCD). Performs manual migration of employee data when necessary. Maintains regular contact with SAP specialists to discuss system compatibility and interrelation with other systems. Handles HR Web based systems application support. Provides timely and efficient system support to users, within and outside the HR unit, to help them improve their knowledge and capability of using the various company systems. Also handling C&B related calculations such as but not limited to Incentive calculation, Annual base salary reviews etc. Other HR Processes support such as but not limited to coordination between the project team and country HR on Payroll integration project, SOX compliance, etc
Regional SAP Administrator for the Middle East and Africa Region (MEA) comprising 38 countries. Responsible for all SAP Actions (hiring, change in employment e.g. promotion, horizontal job change, merit increase, leaves & terminations). Handles all reporting. Key-user for Projects and Tools being implemented globally
Projects
1. Data Quality (DQ)- project lead for Data Quality being implemented globally. Monitors and spearheading regional DQ to ensure accuracy of information in the system.
2. Headcount Reporting - providing headcount report to countries to check if data in SAP matches with the payroll file
3. SAP P23 Leading System Integration (providing Nokia Siemens Networks with one global and consistent way to manage employee data in one common database called P23) - project lead for South Africa, Iran, Mozambique, Jordan, Libya, Syria, Benin and Niger. Also worked as back-up for the other countries wherein SAP is being implemented.
4. Integrated People Management Program (IPM) - global project whose objective is to consolidate the diverse existing practices into joint global, harmonized people processes and to deploy global Web service and IT infrastructure to enable information through employee self service and manager self service for processes in scope. Updating the information in SAP to replicate in the Success4U tool being used for Annual Compensation Planning and Achieving Together Process
5. HR Intranet - developing a global HR intranet solution and content publishing processes. HR intranet has to be created to countries whose HC is not less than 10 employees. Ensuring that HR intranet has been implemented for concerned countries
6. SOX Compliance - providing evidences for counties with reported SOX deviations
7. MEA Health Analysis Report - report being submitted to all Leadership Team members
8. Payroll Integration - global project whose aim is to integrate ex-Siemens and ex-Nokia’s payroll system into just 1 common system

2. Computes accurate payroll transactions including maternity assistance for male employees, approved reimbursement for credit and all necessary deduction for SAP set-up.
