Currently working as Director of the GCC region this role is predominantly focusing on the business generation of new revenue streams in the Middle East region and secondary to that is the ops and P&L management of the office.

 P&L and cashflow / debt management
 Strategic development of the company
 Staff retraining and consolidation
 Identifying training and best practice requirements and implementing relevant change
 Recruiting and onbaording of new staff
 Performance target implementation for underperforming staff
 Office activity turnaround - new BD strategy and direction for all staff
o Relevant BD and client / candidate management skills
 Personally recruitment of senior level roles across industry
 Implemented a client specific approach rather than industry
 Daily ops including staff and office management
 Quarterly and half-yearly projections and forecasts
 Budget and target setting for consultants
 Full Business Development activities within the M.E region
 Arranging Terms of Business and negotiation with clients
 Designing of bespoke recruitment projects with clients
 Candidate sourcing and management
 Interview preparation for candidates and negotiation of offers with clients
