• Processing of exit permits and residency cancellations.
• Liaising with mandoub regarding renewals of medical certificate and ID.
• Liaising with government departments.
• Responding to all requests from consumer protection, MOL.
• Liaising with Baladiya in relation to spa activities and issues.
• Liaising with industry specific bodies to remain aware of legislation.
LICENSING
• Create a file to proactively deal with license & ID renewals.
• Liaise with Mandoub to remain aware of necessary procedures for renewals and all documents required.
• Ensure that office team is keeping all files up to date both manually & electronically.
HR
• Files should include passport, certificates, photographs, ID, leave approvals, sick leave,
• Disciplinary letters, appraisals, contract, travel arrangements, bonus & reward letters.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently & cost effectively.
• Ensure that office team is keeping all files up to date both manually & electronically.
STOCK CONTROL:
• Liaise with managers to receive stock and grocery orders on time.
• Check orders and forward for processing.
• Liaise with accountant to monitor budget in relation to purchasing.
• Monitoring inventory in stock and send to branches.
DRIVERS:
• Prepare driver's schedule on a daily basis and in advance where necessary.
• Communicate daily activities with drivers in advance.
• Co-ordinate activities for efficiency, minimum fuel usage and maximum time efficiency arrival.
• Informing staff about job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
• Planning or directing spa services and programs and Training staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
