• Manage the medical and non-medical equipment waste of the hospital.
• Manage the hazardous and infections waste generated from the hospital daily
operations.
• Manage and overseas the manpower and the quality of the level of adherence to the
minimum standards.

• Onboard employees and supervise their orientation.
• Supervise employees relationship with the organization (i.e. Work permit, exit
visa).
• Report and develop a plan to enhance the productivity and efficacy of the
manpower.
• Control and monitor attendance along with coordination of the annual leave plans
across the organization.
