• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across manufacturing facilities, central warehouses, retail
stores, and restaurant outlets
• Develop demand forecasting and supply planning in alignment with sales trends, seasonal demand,
and promotional activities common in GCC markets
• Manage procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods, including local and
international suppliers
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations, GSO standards, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements
throughout the supply chain
• Oversee inventory management across multi-location operations, enforcing FIFO/FEFO, shelf-life
control, and traceability
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted
supply and cost control
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, import/export documentation, and cold
chain requirements where applicable
• Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, stock accuracy,
service level, wastage, and cost per unit
• Establish and implement SOPs, policies, and controls aligned with GCC best practices and audit
requirements
• Lead supplier evaluation, audits, performance reviews, and contract negotiations
• Identify supply risks (import delays, temperature excursions, supplier dependency) and implement
mitigation and contingency plans
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams in line with Saudi labor and
operational standards
• Support business expansion, new store openings, and manufacturing scale-up initiatives across the
Kingdom.
• Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles to align demand, supply, production, and
inventory targets
• Drive forecast accuracy improvement initiatives using historical sales, promotions, and seasonality
analysis
• Control slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory to minimize write-offs and wastage
• Ensure full product traceability from supplier to finished goods and retail outlets as per SFDA
requirements
• Lead recall readiness programs, mock recall exercises, and crisis response coordination
• Manage 3PL and transport service providers, including performance reviews and SLA compliance
• Oversee cold chain monitoring, temperature logging, and corrective actions for deviations
• Implement cost optimization and cost avoidance initiatives across procurement, logistics, and
warehousing
• Maintain and improve ERP master data accuracy, including item codes, BOMs, lead times, and
safety stock
• Prepare and present monthly KPI dashboards and management reports to senior leadership
• Support internal and external audits (SFDA, ISO, customer audits) and ensure timely closure of
non-conformities

• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with relevant teams to guarantee timely supply of raw
materials, packaging, and components to prevent production delays.
• Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and enforce FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain
product quality and reduce waste.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to streamline supply chain
processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure accurate entry of inventory transactions into ERP or warehouse management systems and
reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods, ensuring efficient handling, proper
storage, and minimal product damage.
• Identify, report, and follow up on supply delays, shortages, or damaged goods, implementing
corrective actions to maintain operational continuity.
• Enforce adherence to SOPs, GMP, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all
warehouse and supply chain activities.
• Generate daily and periodic reports on inventory status, dispatch performance, and operational
metrics to support management decision-making.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse and supply chain personnel, fostering a culture of safety,
efficiency, and continuous improvement.
