PROJECT: TAMM - ABU DHABI DIGITAL AUTHORITY

· Responsible for the digital transformation of the 5 ADGEs (Abu Dhabi Government Entities) viz. ADEK (Abu Dhabi Education and Knowledge), DCT (Department of Culture and Tourism), ADSC (Abu Dhabi Sports Council), ACTVET (Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training), and the HRA (Human Resources Authority)
· Carrying out market research and benchmarking to determine market trends and understand customer needs and requirements in order to ensure the design of customer-centred product offerings
· Build rich user experiences working closely with UX/UI designers, engineering and operations teams
· Develop and prepare business cases and feasibility studies for potential new products
· Identify key performance indicators and monitor and prepare a product performance report against those performance indicators
· Own the end-to-end product development process from ideation to delivery of the team to drive high-velocity high-quality products
· Oversee and ensure the alignment of the product sprint backlog with the product vision and roadmap
· Monitor competitors to keep track of the risks and opportunities with competitors
· Supporting the introduction and marketing of new products in coordination with the various departments and functions
· Played an active role in the product management community sharing learnings and celebrating the good work of other members and teams

Responsibilities
· Work with the ADGEs (Abu Dhabi Government Entities) to package the services provided by them into end-to-end journeys for the Abu Dhabi residents
· Work with stakeholders to build a product roadmap, creating appropriate business cases to drive product enhancement
· Define the product vision, value proposition and business model
· Identify key performance indicators and monitor and prepare a product performance report against those performance indicators
· Coach the team including the BAs, Designers, Devs, QAs, and the PO on Agile/Scrum
· Facilitating the Scrum events
· Ensuring stakeholder engagement by providing up-to-date reports on the progress, risks, and opportunities
· Conducting reviews with the teams to monitor progress, identify impediments, and device actions to prevent/mitigate them


Key Accomplishments
• I have been responsible in making Find a Job in Abu Dhabi journey the most used product on Tamm platform
• The Social Services journey provides over 50 social services proactively to the Abu Dhabi residents from a single window.

Agile Project Lifecycle Management Tools
• Atlassian JIRA, Confluence
• Slack for collaboration
• Microsoft Office suite for documentation, analysis, and reporting including using advanced Microsoft Excel features such as macros, vlookup tables, pivot tables, etc.

· Represent the business in planning and execution of various products of Network Security Group
· Work with the product management, engineering, sales, and support stakeholders to plan the product releases
· Conduct reviews to monitor and control the product releases
· Manage external contractors on the project(s) from RFQ to delivery
· Conducting reviews with the teams to monitor progress, identify impediments, and device actions to prevent/mitigate them
· Coach the team on Agile/Scrum/XP/Kanban
· Drive continuous improvement in operational productivity by identifying and eliminating wastes
· Lead the ISO 9001:2015 certification effort
· Part of the team to ensure Sophos compliance to GDPR
· Lead the Agile Community of Practice at Ahmedabad to share best practices across the site
· Use the Scrum Maturity Assessment to access and enhance Agile adoption in the organization

· Liaise with the team, product owner(s), architecture, support, and sales stakeholders to define and manage the various product releases including System 1®
· Act as the Scrum Master for the team
· Prioritize incoming Customer Reported Defects (CRDs) and disposition them in a timely manner to maintain < 20 open bugs across all products
· Drive SCRUM/Kanban in the team to realize process excellence
· Measure team productivity using metrics such as velocity, CPI, SPI, etc. Frequently retrospect to find ways to constantly improve productivity
· Mentor the team on domain/technology/architecture/design through design and code reviews as well as through pair programming
· Ensure the project milestones of BR1, BR2, and BR3 are on schedule, within budget, and with requisite quality
· Ensure >80% test coverage in the product
· Filed 9 patent disclosure letters of which 2 patents were granted
