for about 1.5yrs- Assisted & resolved billing and technical enquiries (Based on our client’s products Sky TV, landline & broadband) for the customers in UK & Ireland over the phone. I was also involved in promoting sales of our client products like set top boxes, broadband router, TV channel subscription packages, talk & broadband packages etc. I had been awarded as an extra miler for three quarters consecutively.
