1. Strategy and Plans: Contributing to the formulation, implementation and delivery of the strategy in line with the vision, mission, values and priorities.
2. IT Management and Architecture: Defining the overall conceptual IT architecture and technology road map and create a blueprint for the IT Enterprise Architecture, in alignment with the IT and business strategy, to ensure system inter-operation, stability and sustainability.
3. IT Strategy development: hands-on, general development principles, software and hardware landscape settlement and determine IT business requirements.
4. Advice and Guidance: Coordinating, collaborating and advising key stakeholders on new businesses and business initiatives in order to incorporate required system functionalities into existing landscape.
5. Infrastructure Management: Outsourcing the HW management assets as managed service, managing the evolution plan and roll-out of the IT Systems.
6. Governance, Risk and Control: Designing and implementing a governance framework for enterprise architecture, provide templates, documentation, business service catalogue and enforce application of design principles and standards to ensure these are not violated and the required standards are met.
7. Change Management: Driving the management of change in the business area through direct reports and teams by providing inputs for, and partaking in change initiatives, programs and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment.
• Be in charge of the technical bank license activation, empowering the IT Strategy and governance and drawing the IT Roadmap and Enterprise Architecture and part of planning and scheduling program/project timelines and milestones (MSP/AgilePM).
• Setting up the governance (CobiT), processes (BPM), and information technology assets to be aligned with the Business/IT Strategy.
• Be in charge of the design of the Temenos T24 CBS IT Landscape based on BIAN and TOGAF Framework and in line with business/IT Strategy.
• Planning, design and implementation of an IT ecosystem (CBS, CCM, ECM, BD/DWH, CRM …) for the several activities (retail and private banking).
• Setting standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, and system interconnections (GDPR, PSDII, Mifid II …).

Have complete ownership of the relationship between Factory and their dedicated portfolio of customers. Direct accountable individuals for the entire life cycle of the multiple solutions under my responsibility, guaranteeing accuracy, quality and time line accomplishment. The goal is to gain a complete understanding of the client’s needs and effectively communicate them to the software factories.
• Responsible for the entire life cycle of the multiple solutions and needs to show detailed knowledge of the processes involved at each stage of project planning and execution, as well as methods for resolving issues that can occur throughout.
• Coordinate activities of all the personnel in charge to Design and Deploy the needed software and infrastructure to support all technological services and products for in country MIC OpCo.
