Nursery teacher nad supervisor. Responsible for the wellbeing of children, social development, and micro and macro motor skills development as well as language development. Parent-teacher contact management, school events organisation, montly newsletter and online support.

Curriculum coordinator for a developing branch of the preschool. 9 teachers and 20 teacher assistants to coordinate. Teaching kids English as a foreign language or developing native English according to the English National Curriculum to deliver the best of Early Years language and life skills using developed books and curriculum resources that match students' abilities and help them progress solidly teaching phonics, letter formation and word recognition as well as developing them emotionally and physically using art, music and movement.
Teacher trainer for the staff, created curriculum for the academic year 2014/15 focusing on leadership skills, emotional intelligence, communication with the language of benefits using teambuilding games, board games, Lego blocks and art materials. Created materials for lessons in Leadership 101, Leadership in Communication courses as well as summer camps. Created two 3 day projects for the YPO Poland Family Events including Leadership development and outdoor games for parents and adults.
One-to-one classes with teenagers or children, preparation for state exams in English (GCSE equivalent), to FCE, CAE exams (A or B marks). Group tutoring for KS 1 children (groups up to 4 children) - English through games and TPR, primary school (KS 2) children (groups 2 to 4 children) - TBL and TPR. High points in oral and written state exams. Some of my students attended my classes for 15 years. I also teach my own children (6 and 9), who are fully communicative in English, which I believe is the greatest success.

Leader of teacher training in coordination with IATEFL Region Torun group. Organising webinars for colleagues (along with Macmillan rep).
