Ensure Safety, Ergonomics requirements are met in all processes
•Lead quality improvements activities in the process to improve SCR (service call rate), NRFT (not right first time) and we always use PFMEA, for improvement
•Responsible for work station layout, process mapping, manpower movement and material flow design
•Responsible for efficiency improvement focusing on productivity, labors and machinery utilization (OEE)
•Responsible for budget calculation ( manpower, scrap .energy, water, CAPEX)
•Responsible for others improvement activities (SMED ( single minute exchange die), operators skills, workshop training , visual factory , VSM (value steam map ), labor maps, line balancing
•Responsible for creating work instruction sheets including main process parameters
