My Job involves:
1.Scheduling weekly plan among Subcontractors and factory locations.
2.Evaluating production capacities and establishing production plan for each location accordingly.
3.Assuring that component, raw and packaging materials are liberated and available in a timely manner for production plan.
4.Make a forecast for a 12-month horizon
5.Preparing daily production follow up reports.
6.Analyzing demand for both local and export per item and family level.
7.Follow up with logistics and procurement on raw materials and component items in pipeline.
8.Forecasting error calculation.

My Job involved:
1.Developing raw material requirements plan for both local and imported materials according to production schedules.
2.Tracking raw material coverage on daily basis and send a report with low coverage materials.
3.Preparing replenishment plan for raw materials and send it to Port Said warehouses.
4.Preparing daily production report to track actual results.
5.Monitoring Stock to ensure new component and material implementation plans are met.
6.Completing daily transactions on SAP.
7.Monthly closing open orders and adjusting materials stocks on SAP after stock take.
8.Preparing operational Key Performance Indicator reports, analyzing discrepancies compared to targets and reporting them in the monthly management meeting.

1.Creating sales reports for top management.
2.Supporting sales planning, forecasting and general reporting.
3.Evaluating and analyzing sales trends and records and informing sales & marketing management of performance.
4.Providing monthly sales analysis reports to all intended departments.
5.Gathering and developing reports and providing relevant analysis on daily basis.
6.Coordinating between sales department and all the other departments.
