Handling Infrastructure Project under Urban Mission for PMIDC (Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Corporation) at Farikot Dist Punjab. Which includes RCC Roads, Bitumen Roads, CC Paver Tiles Roads, Dry Blocks Roads, Construction of Drain (Type I & II), Erection of LT Street Light Pole, Laying of Water Supply & Sewerage Network for the Cites.
Responsibilities and duties include Project Management Consultancy Services (Which broadly includes reviewing & Certifying Quality Management System, Documents eg.
Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plan, Incoming Materials Inspection & Job Execution Procedure, Checking & Certify Bills, Keeping Records of all the Documents in the form of Hard & Soft Copies.
Responsible for work going on Advance Landing Ground like Construction of Runway (Flexible Pavement & Rigid Pavement), Bed Compaction, Preparation of Bed Course (Sub Grade to Top Surface), Supervision of Construction of Advance Landing Ground, etc
Leveling (Dumpy Level or Theodolite), Alignment Setup & Gradients, Formation Cutting, Layout & Construction Supervision of Bridges (Minor & Major), Cable Stay Bridges, Composite Bridges, Culverts (1.5m, 4m, 6m Clear Span), Retaining Wall, Breast Wall, Protection Bunds, Taking Measurements, Billing, Preparation of SOQ & BOQ, Assess Contractor’s Financial Claims and Process Payments to Contractor through the Government.
Leveling (Dumpy Level or Theodolite), Alignment Setup & Gradients, Formation Cutting, Layout & Construction Supervision of Bridges (Minor & Major), Cable Stay Bridges, Composite Bridges, Culverts (1.5m, 4m, 6m Clear Span), Retaining Wall, Breast Wall, Protection Bunds, Taking Measurements, Billing, Preparation of SOQ & BOQ, Assess Contractor’s Financial Claims and Process Payments to Contractor through the Government.
Laboratory Tests - On Soil as well as Structure like Soil Gradation, Atterberg Limits, OMC, FDD, FI & EI, LL & PI, Proctor Test, CBR, SI (Wet & Dry), AIV, SCI of Cement, Initial & Finial Setting Test etc.
