Duties and Responsibilities
•Over all in charge in handling all sales collection
•Supervise and provide a high level of support to the retail outlets to increase the sales and achieving the company’s target
•Monitoring of daily sales, monthly inventory and staff schedule
•Planning and implementing new sales strategies
•Communicate with the operations manager regarding the sales, employees and other important matter
•Maintains sufficient amounts of change in cash drawer
•Balances cash drawer and receipts. Check discrepancy if there’s any
•Secure all necessary documents for the daily and monthly report
•Maintaining customer satisfaction
Promote portfolio of perfume / Cosmetic brands to the customers in retail stores & achieve the monthly sales target.
•Merchandise products to ensure maximum visibility &exposure to the brand & maintain the cleanliness of the counters / shelves on a daily basis.
•Advise customers & demonstrate wherever required, the various skin care / beauty products and ensure a high level of customer service by managing updated customer database.
