Implement and maintain Document Control processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain the Document Management System.
Manage all flows of documents in both electronic form and on paper support.
Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving).
Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required.

Ensure the use of standardized forms and templates.
Set-up Projects folders and facilitate Project communication process.
Establish and maintain the Master Document Register in cooperation with the Project team
Other duties/tasks as directed by Directors, Contract Managers/Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors
Analyze information in insurance applications
Determine the risk of insuring a client
Screen applicants based on set criteria
Evaluate recommendations from underwriting software
Contact field representatives, medical personnel, and others to obtain further information
Decide whether to offer insurance
Determine appropriate premiums and amounts of coverage
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
